Le Mars Community Schools is searching for elementary Instructional Aides at Franklin Elementary for assisting in the transportation of a student to/from Sioux Falls, Monday thru Friday, for the 2026-27 school year.  32.5 hours per week or 16 hours per week; $19.16 per hour; IPERS; paid holidays.  

This position requires a Class D license, pre-employment drug screening, and DOT physical.  The District will provide bonus incentives for obtaining these requirements, including pre-employment drug screening, upon successful result.
